We will make this as simple and clear as we can. After you have purchased something from us you have 30 days where you can return it to us for a full no questions asked refund of the purchase price excluding any postage. After that 30 days if a fault develops because of the materials used or the workmanship we will be happy to repair or replace the item at our descesion and we will pay all the postage costs. After the year is up we offer a repair service where we will repair anything that has been purchased from us at a small charge although the postage costs will be your responcibility. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
